Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders placed on Pali Sante are subject to verification and acceptance before dispatch.

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Certain medical or bulky equipment may require additional handling time, which will be communicated if applicable.

Pali Sante reserves the right to cancel or delay shipment in cases of stock unavailability, verification issues, or regulatory requirements.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India, subject to courier service availability and regional regulations.

Priority Delivery – Greater Noida

Orders delivered within Greater Noida and nearby areas are eligible for faster delivery, typically within 1–2 business days, subject to product availability and order confirmation time.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines begin after dispatch and are estimates only:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-metro & rural areas: 4–7 business days
  • Greater Noida: 1–2 business days (priority service)

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regulatory checks, or force majeure events.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may carry an additional charge (if applicable), which will be displayed at checkout.

Pali Sante reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available on select pin codes only.
  • Orders placed using COD may require telephonic or SMS confirmation before dispatch.
  • Pali Sante reserves the right to cancel COD orders that fail verification or have a history of non-acceptance.

Packaging & Hygiene Compliance

All medical and home care equipment is packed using secure, hygienic, and protective packaging to maintain product integrity during transit, in accordance with standard medical handling practices.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via SMS and/or email, including:

  • Courier partner name
  • Tracking number
  • Tracking link

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delivery Attempt & RTO (Return to Origin)

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable or unreachable
  • Refusal to accept the order
  • COD rejection

…the shipment may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

RTO Charges

  • Any RTO or re-shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount
  • COD orders returned to origin may not be eligible for refund

Returns & Medical Product Compliance

Due to the nature of medical and healthcare products:

  • Certain items may be non-returnable and non-refundable, especially those related to hygiene, personal use, or consumables.
  • Returns, if applicable, are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for return eligibility.

Pali Sante follows applicable Indian consumer protection laws and medical product handling norms.

Regulatory & Liability Disclaimer

  • Pali Sante does not guarantee delivery timelines.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
  • Pali Sante shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, government regulations, natural events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Pali Sante is not liable for delivery failure due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
